Our LEADERS

Gary Wilson is the Senior Leader of Sanctuary Indy and the teaching pastor. He holds an MA in Biblical Languages, a ThM in Theology, and an MS in Management, and is currently authoring his dissertation for a PhD in Bible Exposition. In addition to planting, nurturing, and leading both house church and larger Spirit-filled congregations, Gary has held other ministry positions, including worship pastor, intercessory pastor, statewide director of the powerful Malachi Dads prison ministry, as well as itinerant teaching, deliverance, and other ministries. Gary and his wife Pam are the founding directors of The Place Called Peace, which ministers deep forgiveness, inner healing, spiritual freedom, and physical healing. This fall, Gary begins a second doctoral program, a ThD at Global Awakening Theological Seminary, studying directly under Dr. Randy Clark and other Global Awakening top leaders. Gary has been a prophetic teacher for many years, with a heart to see Sanctuary Indy and the entire body of Christ transformed into a continually expanding community of disciple-making disciple makers moving in the full power of the Spirit.

Pam Wilson is a key leader on the Sanctuary Indy leadership team and serves as Director of Prayer Ministries, which includes the church’s practical ministry training arm. She holds a certification as a Christian Healing Practitioner from the Global Awakening College of Ministry and, as the capstone of that program, is now working to become a Master Equipper. She will soon be licensed with Global Awakening, which will then lead to ordination. Pam has been a fruitful minister in a wide range of approaches to Spirit-empowered inner healing for many years, having been trained and serving extensively in Connect-Up, Sozo, and other prayer models. Pam’s heart is that every believer will know the voice of God and how to spend time in His presence, where real transformation begins. She believes that we should all be living supernatural lives, walking in the power of the Holy Spirit.
